President
Michael is the President and owner of Live Green Landscapes. A pillar in the landscape industry for more than 33 years, Michael founded Live Green in 2008. He graduated from Penn State University with degrees in Agriculture and Horticulture.
Brandon Proescher
Vice President Commercial Landscapes
Vice President of Commercial Landscapes, Brandon leads the Commercial Department of Live Green. He’s been in the industry for 17 years and has been with Live Green for 15 years now. He earned an AA from Carroll Community College and received his MBA and BS from York College of Pennsylvania.
Aaron Raines
Residential Department Manager, Landscape Architect
As head of Live Green’s Residential Department, Aaron meets with clients regularly and helps facilitate the design and construction process from start to finish. He graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Landscape Architecture. Aaron has been in the industry for over 20 years and has been with Live Green since 2009.
Kevin Crawford
Project Manager
Kevin joined Live Green after graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of South Carolina. We are very fortunate to have him at Live Green and are proud to see him grow as a project manager.
Justin Jones
Commercial Production Manager
Justin holds a Certificate in Ornamental Horticulture from Applied Agriculture at the University of Maryland. On top of that, he is also a Certified Irrigation Technician. Justin assures jobs are running as planned and completed on time by coordinating with Live Green’s foremen, as well as General Contractors. In his off time, you may catch Justin watching an Orioles game or hunting during the season.
Scott Pickett
Residential Production Manager
Scott runs the residential side of production where he ensures our crews and jobs are on track, and that jobs are living up to Live Green’s high standards. Scott has been in the business for over 30 years and has been with Live Green since 2015. In addition to his role at Live Green, Scott also serves on the Board of Directors for the Landscape Contractors Association for MD, DC and VA.
Jay Crawford
Senior Commercial Estimator
Jay has worked with Live Green for 8 years now, first filling the role of Estimating Administrative Assistant before becoming a Senior Estimator for the Commerical Department and leading his team. Jay roots for the Ravens, the O’s, and the Philadelphia Flyers. He’s an avid golf fan and plays as often as he can at our local Maryland courses.
Will Wright
Commercial Estimator
Will holds a Bachelors of Science in Plant Science from the University of Maryland. He previously worked as a Horticulturist for several years before joining the team. When Will isn’t estimating he enjoys spending time with his family and watching Maryland Basketball.
Alexi Castillo
Commercial Estimator
Alexi has been a Commercial Estimator at Live Green for over 3 years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and specializes in plant counts, ensuring they match the drawings, as well as budgetary accuracy. He also enjoys exploring new technologies to improve estimating workflows and processes.
Flavia Berton
Office Manager
Originally from Bolivia, Flavia graduated from Nur University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. With equal time spent in both Bolivia and the United States, she brings a unique perspective to her role at Live Green, where she ensures the smooth operation of daily office activities. In her free time, Flavia expresses her creativity as a freelance makeup artist and nail technician.
Stephanie Schwemmer
Accounting Manager
Before joining Live Green, Stephanie built a diverse background with 25 years in banking, along with experience in bookkeeping, tax preparation, and office management. Her career has given her strong skills in finance, customer service, and organization, which she now brings to her role at Live Green. Stephanie enjoys being part of a supportive team and continuing to learn more about the landscaping industry. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, arts and crafts, and camping with her husband and their two black Labs, Arby and Jake.
Peggy Fisher
Accounting Clerk
Peggy joined the Live Green team 2 years ago and brings over 20 years of Accounts Payable experience. She plays an important role in supporting daily operations, with her primary responsibilities including payroll and invoice processing. Peggy is also known around the office for her great sense of humor and positive attitude. Outside of work, Peggy enjoys cheering on her favorite teams, the Orioles and Ravens, riding motorcycles, and spending time with her husband and two dogs, Amber and Cody!
Tina Wilm
A/R and Billing Specialist
Tina joined Live Green as an administrator in the Commercial department, and after 6 months of being on the team has grown into her current position in our accounting department. She is a Connecticut native with a soft spot for the Raiders football team, and enjoys spending her time taking care of her exotic pets or diving into a new craft.
Lisa Eppley-Pelusi
Residential Design Sales Associate
As a Live Green Residential Sales Professional, Lisa focuses on guiding the client vision from inception through construction. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Penn State University and has since spent time involved in urban planning projects, public space design, and most recently, residential design. Some of her specialties include upcycled and repurposed landscape objects, self-watering containers, and outdoor spaces that serve as a practical extension of the family home as needs and functions fluctuate over time.
Christian Venuto
Landscape Designer
As Live Green's residential designer, Christian Venuto is a University of Maryland graduate in GIS, Geographic Information Systems. Christian's early career in aviation gives her an eye for designing in aerial or plan view. With careful analysis of the relationship between plants, patio and lawn, she creates livable, sustainable designs for our residential clients' unique site conditions and constraints. Delicately balancing the use of native plants and ornamentals, she carefully listens to our clients' needs and then partners with them to help to reveal the design vision they cannot yet see. Christian's outside interests include rowing, traveling with family and friends, and seeking out gardens in each country she visits.
Taylor Sinclair
Commercial Administator
Taylor has a BSc in Environmental Science & Technology from the University of Maryland and has a professional background in administration and environmental research. As Commercial Administrator, she supports commercial landscape projects from contract award through completion by managing project documentation, client coordination, and administrative operations. When she’s not at work, you can find Taylor reading, attending concerts or getting outdoors!
Keeper
Front Desk Greeter
Keeper is Brandon's black Labrador and the Live Green office dog. When Keeper's not going for walks around Reisterstown or taking naps, he enjoys cheering up clients and staff, and searching for scraps of food left in trash cans!
